We're thrilled to update you on the latest progress at our St Mary's Almshouses project in partnership with The Richmond Charities. Our subcontractor has commenced the drilling process for installing ground source heat pumps, reaching depths of around 120 meters.
Ground source heat pumps are an efficient and eco-friendly method for heating and cooling buildings. By utilising the consistent temperature of the ground, these pumps operate more effectively than traditional systems. This advancement means our new almshouses will be not only comfortable but also environmentally friendly and cost-effective in the long run.
