Buxton is proud to champion the next generation in construction. Today, we highlight our apprentice, Josh Evans, actively contributing to the iconic Saltdean Lido refurbishment.
Pictured above, Josh stands tall against the backdrop of the historic Saltdean Lido, a Grade II* listed Art Deco gem. Mentored by our site PM Martin Whipp along with Mark Flannagan, and Otis Lee, Josh plays a pivotal role in rejuvenating this seaside wonder.
Joining us through our apprenticeship scheme, Josh is in his final year of a BSc in Construction Management. On completion, he's set for an assessment with the CIOB, aiming for chartered membership.
Our apprenticeship scheme offers hands-on experience in roles from Quantity Surveying to Site Management. With tuition fees covered, it's a blend of academic and practical learning.
Josh's progress at Saltdean Lido exemplifies the potential of our apprentices. As the project wraps up, we eagerly await his next steps with us.
