The new community-led development on the site of the old Joseph Lancaster Nursery is nearing completion with ongoing final snagging and client inspections.
The units are of high-quality finish and will provide 34 apartments and 6 houses in the local community.
The local residents/community will be undertaking the development planting from the handover stage.
We have built 40 social-rent residential units comprising 6 terrace houses and a 4, 6, and 8 storey linked block of flats, complete with alterations to existing parking, access roads, hard and soft landscaped communal area, and children's play.
The project has been designed to meet the needs of existing residents on the Estate and in the Leathermarket area as a whole.
