Engaging with the Next Generation

Our Operations Manager, Steve Dowling, and Managing Surveyor, Scott Walder, attended a careers fair hosted by Alderwood Senior School. As a school located near our current project at Aldershot Crematorium, this was a perfect opportunity to connect with the local community and inspire the next generation of talent.

Steve and Scott shared their insights into the construction industry, discussing the wide range of roles and opportunities available within the industry. Steve and Scott also highlighted the importance of skills like teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability, which are essential in dynamic construction environments.
