Celebrating Completion at St Mary’s Grove

The St Mary’s Grove project in Richmond, also known as the Elizabeth Twining Almshouses, has now been completed, and the team recently got together to celebrate its success. Delivered for The Richmond Charities, the project provides high-quality almshouse accommodation with a strong focus on sustainability.

The scheme was led by Clive Chapman Architects, acting as both Contract Administrator and Architect, with Michael Garnham Associates Ltd as PQS, Fothergill & Company Ltd as Structural Engineer, and Ingine as M&E Consultant. Lanmor Consulting provided civil engineering and drainage expertise, while The Landscape Partnership designed the landscaping.

At the celebration, the client was presented with their Passivhaus certificate and plaque, recognising the project’s energy efficiency, and the team’s dedication and hard work. The team also looked ahead to the formal opening event – another chance for everyone to relive what was a fantastic project on all fronts.

A big thank you to everyone involved, including our subcontractors, for their hard work and commitment to making this project so memorable for all involved.
