Colin Moorcroft is a valued member of the Buxton Building Contractors team, serving as our EHS & Training Manager. He recently had the opportunity to speak to students at West Herts College about career pathways after college, as part of a county-wide initiative organised by Construction Cornerstone Employers and The Careers & Enterprise Company. Colin was joined by several co-presenters, including Anjali Pindoria, Shaun Britton, Dominic Michaelson-Yeates, and representatives from other leading construction companies.

I would like to express my gratitude to West Herts College for providing me with the opportunity to meet and engage with your students about post-college pathways. It was an excellent initiative by Construction Cornerstone Employers and The Careers & Enterprise Company that had a significant impact throughout the county. I had the opportunity to address over 50 trade students at West Herts College. Witnessing the dedication and passion of everyone involved was truly inspiring, and we are confident that this initiative will lead to even more remarkable accomplishments in the future. This is a fantastic example of teamwork in the construction industry, and I am proud to be a part of it.
