This balanced scheme has regenerated a neglected corner of Tunbridge Wells and has provided better parking facilities, new housing and shops. The construction involved a new building infill to the St Johns Road elevation of three ground floor retail units and five flats above over three floors including associated external works and resurfacing of the existing car park.
