We are delighted to have been awarded our third contract for The Howard de Walden Estate.
We will be transforming 126 Harley Street, a Grade II listed building from a medical/residential property into four luxurious apartments.
The lower ground to ground floor will be a duplex unit the first and second floors will be one bed units with a further duplex on the third to fourth floors.
The scope of works involve:
Underpinning
Basement Works
Minor demolition
Structural alterations
Alterations to the internal layouts
Window overhaul
Internal redecorations and fibrous plastering
All Mechanical & Electrical services to be renewed
Kitchens & Bathrooms
We are currently preparing to start on site Early May '16.
