We have now completed the brickwork and have erected the final steel supports for the roof timbers.

The carpenters have commenced on the roof which we expect to have complete by the end of February ready to start the standing seam zinc roof covering in March. This will be followed by the installation of the windows after which we will start the internal fit out.

The project for Tunbridge Wells Borough Council will provide three retail units and five flats, four 2 bed and one 3 bed, The retail development will fill the gap in the existing row of shops and will enhance the appearance of the area. The car park will be improved and resurfaced. When it’s complete it will provide 67 car park spaces.
