We are delighted to be awarded the prestigious Tubs Hill House project for our client Prime Place. The project involves the conversion of office block to 95no high class apartments.

The building, built around the 1960’s is made up of two 8 storey towers linked at ground level via a single storey entrance. The existing façade is to be removed in its entirety & replaced with new brickwork & aluminium panels incorporating new double glazed aluminium windows.

The construction will be in accordance with Building Regulation Standards & Premier Building Guarantee.
