Our Affordable Housing division has completed its second contract with Amicus Horizon Housing Association in Thornton Heath.

The scheme in Brigstock Road, has provided 14no. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments over three storeys with part of the ground floor let for commercial space. Parking at the rear of the property is accessed via a ground floor access road constructed underneath part of the first floor.

The building has been designed to comply with Lifetime Homes and Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, including photovoltaic panels on the roof to generate electricity and thus reducing carbon emissions.

The Affordable Housing Team are currently in negotiations with Amicus Horizon for our third project with them.
