Final welding completes the installation of the metal standing seam roof at Avenue Primary School, we are now completely watertight in this area. Plumbing & Electrical services have been able to progress whilst the roof coverings have been finished.
The building is now watertight in the main so we are now concentrating on the ceiling and walls.
Whilst the weather has been too cold for many of the external wet trades, the Cedar cladding to the external walls has not been interrupted other than when the Snow arrived.
All in all Buxton Bear has had an interesting visit but will remember his fleece next time!
