Whilst Christmas starts to fade into a far distant memory here at Avenue School we have been very busy under the watchful eye of Buxton Bear. Just before the shutdown we had started the roof construction, work has progressed at a fast rate with over half the roof covered in the final aluminium covering.

With the site quieter we decided to work the extra days whilst others were enjoying the break, screed was laid to half the classrooms and the external windows and doors were delivered, We have also started on the internal partition metalwork, plumbing and electrical works.
