Following our contract award last week for the Avenue Primary School, we are very pleased to announce that we have secured another new project namely the refurbishment of Holman & Forest Boarding Houses at Epsom College.

Unlike the Avenue School programme of 84 weeks, these works are due to be completed in only 8 weeks with early procurement being an essential element to achieving the tight timescale. Works include the complete refurbishment over three floors and include new finishes throughout, revised layouts, M&E installations, new kitchens and bathrooms plus external works.
