We are nearing completion of The Met Quarter, Watford. This design and build mixed use development involves the construction of four retail shell units at basement, ground and first floor levels; four restaurant shell units at ground & mezzanine levels and twenty four one and two bed apartments.

The scope of works include the retention, refurbishment and alteration of the existing Barclays Bank and alteration of the existing Robert Peel public house with associated site works, drainage, incoming services and a new substation.
