Buxton are honoured to working for Canterbury Cathedral and are looking forward to being part of 'The Canterbury Journey'.
We will be building a new Welcome Centre adjacent to the Grade I Christ Church gate and carrying out extensive hard and soft landscaping works to the Cathedral precincts which form part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The new Welcome Centre has been sensitively designed to complement the Cathedral and will provide information, ticketing services and a shop with a free to enter Viewing Gallery which will offer stunning views of the Cathedral.
The essential work is possible thanks to a Heritage Lottery Fund grant and the generosity of trusts and individuals and The Friends of Canterbury Cathedral.
